Today Poem by Gulliver Gimble

Today

Rating: 5.0

Today I looked across the ground.
Silence fell amongst winter sounds.
Clouds began shouting a sturn song.
Could it be I've looked for too long.
Across the ground lay withered leaves.
Tangle yarn from someones sleeve.
Birds flying from branch to pole.
I wonder if they feel winters cold.
Today I looked at my own eyes.
No more sadness, no more lie's.
Tomorrow seems only hours away.
Could it be another day like today.

Nicely done, and reads quite well. I can totally picture the scene. Nice work. Shannon xoxo
