On the radio, 'The Dance' it played,
my reality, begin to fade
There i was again, holdin u, lookin into ur eyes, knowin, always, i would be true.
I turned it up, as i sang along,
Tears ran down my cheeks,
with the fact, that ur now gone.
Its hard for me to think,
how u could have never knew,
just how very deeply,
I was in love with u.
'When i held u, i held everything,
for a moment, wasnt i the queen'
Its just now sinking in,
Im never gonna see u again.....
Ive missed u for a really long time,
days like today, i cant get u off my mind.
So i went to visit, that cold hard place,
hoping to feel u, wishing i could see ur face.
U wasnt there, just a chunk of ground,
no flowers, no nothing, not a single sound.
I wondered about u and where heaven might be,
I wondered at that moment,
if u might could see or feel me.
I wondered if u actually ever really knew, just how deeply, i loved u.
'Yes our lives are better left to chance,
I could have missed the pain, but id
of had to miss, the dance'.
While leaving, i stopped, took one last glance,
my heart and my mind, remembering
'Our Dance'
