Tom Yummy!_A Soup.
Boil some water
Throw in some
Bird's eye chillies, garlic, lemon grass
Blue ginger root, coriander roots and 'kafir' lime leaves
Add some meat or chicken or prawns
Cook everything together
Lastly simply throw in some oyster mushrooms
And squeeze some lemon juice.
Tom Yum-my soup for a hot, humid day!
Make it spicy, the spicier the better.
Make it 'Tom' and yummy!
