Tomorrow's Sun Poem by Claude Davis III

Tomorrow's Sun

Tomorrow I'll see her again
It hasn't been long but I've still been dreaming of her
I can't wait for tomorrow to begin
But I still have to wait for the rising of the sun

Once tomorrow is here
I'll be able to see her and hold her tight
Making my misery disappear
But I still have to wait for the sunlight

Once the sunlight opens my eyes
It will only be minutes until she is by my side
And my sadness and worry dies
But I'm still waiting for the rising sun outside
