Too Short Poem by Randy McClave

Too Short

Life is too short
For the many things that we wanna do,
To own, to buy, to dream and to sort
And to sail the sky and the ocean blue.
Many things we want to accomplish
Many works we want to complete,
Bad habits and traits we want to admonish
Is all on our worksheet.
We wanna put a smile on someone's face
Put joy in someone's heart,
Unto life and living we wanna embrace
Before from life we depart.

Life is to short
To judge and hate and accuse everyone of a wrong,
Then when we go to the Lord's court
Eternity is to long.
