Tornado Poem by jeremiah shine

Tornado

Rating: 5.0

The sky has become a swamp cooler
over this swampy town.
Thunder rocks the roof
and lightning lights the sky!
My loved ones have forsaken me
for ill
or for good,
I don't know.
Meanwhile, I suffer...
(they don't) .
Humans don't live in the High Desert.
Citizens do.
The sky has become a swamp cooler!
And the sirens accompany
'Sex in the City'
as Liberty fades.
Bring the tornado!
Knock it down.
