Towards The Dawn Poem by Suhasini Sudan

Towards The Dawn

Rating: 5.0

Towards the dawn
I walk through the night,
Just for the sake
of my good angel's light.

Heaven harnesses the truth
Treaty's our only god,
Till the end of the whole wide world
people will behold a sword.

This world is a wasteland now
overpowered by satin,
All our fathers watching say
'Is this what you were fed in'.

To the end of Eternity
the grief is not concealed,
All they say is keep it in
For it is not to be revealed.

All this quarrel and what for
Until all the creations swoon,
Go and call thy lord below
so it can all change soon.
