Trace of a heart on the sleeve

Like an old man he keeps a lonely coat
in the desire to stay the coat forever new.
He is horrified at the thought that,
on the sleeve of a beloved coat,
could remain a trace of the ordinary,
little heart that loves.

Kao starac on čuva usamljeni kaput
u želji da kaput ostane vječno nov.
On se užasava od pomisli da bi,
na rukavu voljenog kaputa,
mogao ostati trag običnog,
malog srca koje voli.
