Transient Poem by Gita Janaki

Transient

Rating: 5.0

When two dandelions meet in mid air,
do they ask each other "quo vadis? "
If at all they ask each other that silly question,
they sure are to break into a never ending laughter.
Unsure of their identity, whether a flower or a seed,
they disperse themselves to the wind, in utmost renunciation.
Spiritually enlightened lot of the plant kingdom,
they ascend to wisdom with enlightenment.
They might make a dandelion heaven,
and I wonder where do they fly up to, from there!
But when the rains are over, they sprout their little heads,
making us believe, there is no better heaven than the earth.

There is no better heaven than this Earth. Heaven is built here with love, peace and by God's wisdom. A nice philosophical poem is well penned and shared.10
