Treasure And Needs Poem by gershon hepner

Treasure And Needs

It's surely very hard indeed
to relish life without a treasure,
but harder still to have no need,
and be contented with the pleasure
of what you have, not wanting more,
but how much better to confess
that you'd be happy to withdraw
from what you have, to have far less.
