Youth......
the powerhouse of life
power, performance and pleasure
sprouting at its peak
will power in abundance
courage at the summit
nothing seems to be invincible
but slowly and gradually
youth fades away
with the passage of time
we turn old
body may be ageing;
but the feeling of youth
still embedded in our mind
which keeps the mind young
the spirit of youth
is the gift of 'youth'
let it guide us
when we grow old
as youth remains
as a conquered territory
and tested phase of the past.
