True Soulmate Poem by Kristy Artmann

True Soulmate

In the past, strangers would appear and stare.
They saw the pain that I had to bear.
I was drifting into constant despair.
Then you came along-you and me-a sure pair.
Tears drip into translucent puddles.
My heart to you-it doesn't huddle.
Two of a kind-one pairing perfected in true love in time.
The hurt began to go away-fades more day by day.
