Above riches
Above race

And the reasons
And excuses
And the grief
And the shame
And the guilt
And the sanctions
And the blood
And the stain

Beyond language
Beyond history
Beyond reason
Beyond fate
Beyond now
Beyond later
Beyond love
—beyond hate
