Twilight And Dawn Poem by Chester Maynes

Twilight And Dawn

The sun has set
Darkness has chased the world
Daylight fades
There are twinkle stars, there—

Wee are the twilights
They procure rapid motions
Dawn draws closer
Wee are the dawns, too—

The silhouette of earth
It fiddles with twilight and dawn
Ambiguous—
I forgot to hear myself
