Twin Spirits



Deep in my heart
dwelt your faithful spirit
sending sweet love to me.
Side by side always
with gentle finesse
each gave the other
a warm caress...
In the dim light of evening
I remember the feeling that
captured my soul long ago.
And may each new dawn
bring beautiful singing
with romance from the
past still lingering.
