Twins Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Twins

Twins

She is young with a cane on corner
Holds a sign: “Help homeless.”

Pity and sympathy, empathy
All boil in everyone in the car.

Suddenly she, deer, runs across
Grabs on a coin by a car that is far.

“What was that? ”
All jaws fall…

Not too far her twin, a young guy
Same backpack and same cap
Without cane, the same sign
“Help homeless.”

“Is it some rallying? ”
“What was that? ”
All jaws fall…
