Two Minds

Two minds
to one soul
confusion reigns upon them
thoughts
come and go as the two become one
the souls tear
the two torture it
as it cowers in fear
the path is blocked
no way out
he who controls them
has not won
but neither have I
As I realize my future
a puppet
in a show
nothing more will become of me
my hopes lost
my fears ceased
as death creeps near
