Looking in the mirrror
I see two people in me
The one who smiles and laughs
And the one i dont want to be
The one who wants to do well
And make it through life
Then theres the one who cant stand it
And wants to end it with a knife
The kind and loving one
Of whom i try and display
The dark and hatefilled one
Who tries to lead me astray
The one who knows what love is
And was always treated fair
The one whos life was stolen
When no-one seemed to care
The one who is always happy
And says everything is fine
The one who thinks loves just a nightmare
When they took away what was mine
The one who wants things fixed
So they can get through the day
The one who is scared and lonely
To worried what people might say

I would like to translate this poem
The one who knows what love is And was always treated fair The one whos life was stolen When no-one seemed to care This sounds just like my life in this one stanza. This is a very deep and emotional piece Ali, and it says it like it is. A 10+++++ and thank you for sharing. Love & hugs, Barbara
