I have to wear two watches,
One watch on both my wrists,
It’s not that I’m eccentric,
Nor am I ‘round the twist’.
Why do I wear two watches?
Many people ask.
It is for the Timers,
Lest I do breathe my Last.
The two Casio Watches,
Sound out Medicine Times for me,
If I should miss the Tablets,
A ‘Goner’ soon I’d be.
When I do need a new strap,
The Casio people do aid me,
Lest I do miss my Timers,
And ‘JGthepoet’ will no longer be ~
~ around to write more poems,
Or proffer help or thanks
To those many kind people,
Who give me a Helping Hand.
