one an Arab came to Nabi Muhammad peace be upon him
his name is Umaiyah bin Khalf Jamuhir
he was fellow man of the rich proud class
he proposed nabi pbuh to drive away the poor
and clean the gathering for sitting of the ELITE class

it made Allah sub hanu waa ta'ala dissatisfied
He swt angrily sent some aiyat to nabi pbuh
i have made their hearts inattentive to remember me
as they follow their whims and desires
and their activities cross the boundary

As they didn't remember Allah swt
As they followed their whims and desires not reasons
As they took pride for wealth and blood
So they couldn't go near Allah swt or his nabi pbuh

It is justified by:
those have no likir of Allah in their qalb
to follow them is to follow the shaitan
they follow their whims and desires not reasons
may be they are scholar, non scholars, leaders or Ministers! !
