Uncomfortably Waiting Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Uncomfortably Waiting

Waiting, watching, hoping everything is going well,
letting hopes rise throughout the night.

Always thinking, taking time to ponder this life
and what it has in store for each of us.

Stressing the strife and turmoil that surrounds us
daily, no end to it.

Many situations and circumstances that we find our-
selves placed in, uncomfortably waiting.

Looking to images in the future to hold onto, filled
with promise and a new aspect of life.
