Quit believing what other people say about you, but
Be sure that you can communicate with yourself first

If you cannot communicate with yourself, how do you
expect to communicate with another person?

If you don't love yourself, you cannot love someone else

If you cannot treat yourself with kindness, you
cannot do this for another person

Start doing more of what you love
Start moving from a place of love

Start seeing love in everything, everywhere
Start living from your heart
