Unfaithful Me Poem by Cindy Rheeder

Unfaithful Me

Unfaithful is all you think of me,
And all the tears you made me cry,
I wished you’d just see,
That everything you say of me is a lie.
I’ve always loved you even at your weakest,
And all you ever do is bring me down,
You break me down to little pieces,
And ask of me to act like a clown.
Unfaithful is all you think of me,
And all the times you broke my heart,
I wished you’d just see,
That you are killing me with each shard.
I’ve always been there to hold your hand,
To pull you up when you were down,
I’ve never pushed you back down into the sand,
And I can’t help and feel like a clown.
Unfaithful is all you think of me,
Even when I tell you the truth,
I wished you can just see,
Without needing constant proof.
I’ll always love you with all my heart,
But I never wanted to play this card,
The easiest way out is the way no one wants to die,
And I ask of you to never cry.
Unfaithful is all you’ll remember about me,
Never the times when you yourself have botched,
And I wished you would just wake up and see,
That everything we have had is now just lost.
Unfaithful Me, Unfaithful Me,
Can’t you just wake up and see,
That I’ve always been loyal?
And then you went and spoiled,
All the trust and all the love,
And made my soul fly away.

Love can be so painful when one is not faithful. Nicely written poem. Filled with emotion.

Hi Cindy........its true to your heart as you speak your mind, being in such a phase is traumatic as ever, bear the soul..... feel the courage to be....live the life as loyal & humble you can be. Hope he understands you & come back to you. Regards Laxman Rao
