Unfrequented Country Road Poem by james watkin

Unfrequented Country Road

What, through its mood, as gloomy felt
Wills be kept secluded
Of this road, and its atmosphere
Defiant, am yet led!

Tis the mystery! Which pierces
Through any such construct;
Such as rejects, repressive-faced
First in lady's conduct.
