United With Our Bridegroom - Poem by Gabrielle Darnall
All because of our brokenness
He paid the price.
When we hide our nakedness
Even while still in the womb
He showed us His humanness.
In love He became the sacrifice.
In a shroud of hiddenness
Sitting in our dining room
His very company is deliciousness.
He provided the spice
As we start to see His heaven mindedness.
Our hearts and lives start to bloom
As He heals us with His totalness.
He welcomes us into His paradise
To forever worship His holiness
And be united with our bridegroom.
