Unknown. Poem by Anthony Viggiano

Unknown.

Rating: 3.5

Oh hush your quick breaths,
Cease the quivering of your lips,
Look me in the eyes,
Yes; right in my pupils,
I want you to see how dark it is inside me,
See all the twists and bends,
The sadness,
The hate,
The confusion…
The wicked,

To see you sit there in front of me,
With the audacity to plead,
To beg for forgiveness,
To try and prevent what's going to happen,
But alas; you see,
There is no stopping destiny,
All the things I’ve been through,
The things I had to deal with,
You have it easy,
I wish I had what you had,
But we can wish all we want,
It won’t stop all the fun,

A little poke here,
A little poke there,
Watch it all just pour out of you,
The puddle is forming around you,
Around your crippled legs,
Oh what is this I hear,

Crying,
Sobbing,
Yelling,
Screaming,
Pleading,
Wishing not to die; but there should be no worry,
I’m not going to kill you,
I’m going to see how far you go till you break,

I’ll make sure you remember this,
You’ll never be able to forget,
The feeling of my instruments,
Heated so you can’t leave a mess when I scalp you,
When I break your bones,
When I run this blade across your skin,
Such horrid wounds,
So little time,
I can’t let you leave,
I’ll just listen to you scream,
It’s a symphony of dismay,
And it’s not mine,
This brings me joy,
Just know this,
No one can hear you scream,
Only I can,
And they just make me more obliged to do this,
Horrid people don’t deserve happiness,
The deserve flesh worms in their wounds,
The worst of my imagination is what you’re going to get,
I’m absurdly creative,
It pleases me you can’t leave,
I never get to share my thoughts,
You’re mine now,
Until I get bored,
Play time is over,
Now it’s time for the gore.
