Unspoken Words Poem by Lyssa Renea

Unspoken Words

A fake smile plastered on the face of a child.
A silent scream echo's inside her head.
An invisible tear soaks her porcelain smooth cheek.
An unspoken wish to leave this world forever.
A desperate plea to die in the night, never to wake.
And she alone will understand because she alone, is me.
