Up I go
I have nothing to loose
But only to choose
Life that is worth living
And honestly believing
Keep heart breathing
And taking
Fresh air through nostrils
And fill it with intake
Exercise lightly
With smile on face visibly
This shall add charm
Without causing any harm
Age or no age
You are on stage
With resolve to be fit on feet
Move fast and extend hands to greet
I shall get it from closed room
Or their air from blossom
The flowers are ready to spread fragrance
So I seize the beautiful chance
Up I go with steps
And go non-stop
Till my vanes are filled
And crack out with excess labored
