Uproar Poem by Dawn Novus

Uproar

Ancient bloodlines infuse with right this sceptor I hold
Strong and nimble fingers grip tight b it easy, with knowing in these bones
I proclaim that I know who I proclaim I am
I will take my place, reserved for me
Where are my allies?
Swear your love to Me!
Before this moon passes on let your truth be known.
If I stand alone, its a stellar stand.
Is this not poet land?
Am I not the queen of my domain?
