Usa Won Over Iran Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Usa Won Over Iran

USA won over Iran

In a race, volleyball
USA and Iran, in Tehran
The guest won all the hearts.
Lost the game, three-none.

This is what sport does
Builds bridge between minds.

Muslims fast till Iftar
In month of Ramadhan.

Water came in bottles
The guest held throttle
Did not pick and stopped
For respect; it was nice.

That is why won the hearts
Let’s lift hats with a bow.
What a shame, I must say
To world of media, a blind

To the facts, beauties, games of hearts
All they write is money; power, Wars.

Americans, my friends
These men are your soldiers
Not Army, not Navy, not plane
Ignore the NSA, CIA; Pentagon.
