Utilitarianism Poem by Scott J. Shepard

Utilitarianism

Motivating morality is unclear to me
it takes perspective to be powerful.

So what if my love is languid
if it codes the heart to be stark.

Hung like the sound of the loud speaker
the message told me feeling good
is mesmeric.

The city is conceptional to a new horizon
it is bound to be falling down they said-

-and if back flips did them justice
I'd say so is your echo.
