उत्तर प्रदेश

उत्तर प्रदेश देश है अपना,
खुशियों का है धाम।
सीधा सादा वेश है अपना,
सीधा सादा ही काम ।

गंगा यमुना के आँचल में
बसे करोड़ों लाल।
गन्ने व आमों के रस से
मीठी हुई जुबान।

खड़ी, अवधी, ब्रज, भोजपुरी,
बुंदेली बोली मधुर शुभान।
कजरी, सोहर, बिरहा, ठुमरी,
लोकगीत मधुपान।

हरियाली खुशहाली सबकी,
खेती पहला काम।
मिट्टी से उपजाते सोना,
मेहनत कश किसान।

स्वागत में जुट जाते हैं सब,
आये जब मेहमान।
रणबांकुरे, वीर, बहादुर,
जीते कई संग्राम।

काशी, मथुरा, प्रयाग, अयोध्या;
चारों तीरथ धाम।
राम कृष्ण की भूमि यही है,
त्रिपुरारी का धाम।



Uttar Pradesh is my place.
That is the abode of happiness.

In the lap of Ganga Yamuna,
settled, crores of her children.
By sugarcane and the mango juice,
sweet tongue they are given.

Khari, Awadhi, Braj, Bhojpuri
and Bundeli dialects.
Kajari, Sohar, Biraha, Thumari
the folklore sweetest.

Greenery, prosperity for everyone,
the farmers here toil
Their hard work does produce,
gold from the soil.

Welcome together, we all,
whenever, come the guests.
Brave and courageous fighters
have won many combats.

All great pilgrimage are here:
Kashi, Mathura, Prayag, Ayodhya
This is the land of Rama, Krishana
and abode of Lord Shiva.
