Valentines Poem by Tracy Sullivan

Valentines

Valentines.

Sending love from across afar,
To you my shiny bright big star.
A special friend YOU are to ME,
So I hope this card will make you see...

We have been so close for very long,
I say a lot, which may be wrong.
But when I'm down you always know,
Sending messages to tell me so.

But your words are wise & very true,
So until your reply; I have no clue.
I sit and think, then count to ten.
Then ready to start my day again.

It's smiles & laughter we share so much,
It brightens my life like a magic touch.
So in my life you'll always stay
To cheer me up on a bad day.

Time together, we should do
But when and where... I have no clue.
Liverpool does come to mind
Museums, art, the docks N all kinds.

So take this card from me to you,
Enjoy my words of which are true.
A very special friend to me,
For ever I hope that you will be.

Sending love & kisses within your card,
Reading the words; I hope isn't hard.
Don't shed a tear for the honesty
I simply wrote this card for you to see.

A voice of reason you are to me
When my life is dark; you help me see
When times are sad you pull me through,
So I simply want to say to you.............

I Love You!
