Vampires Poem by David Wood

Vampires

Rating: 5.0

The hoard of vampires
Were waiting
For their delicious feast of blood
From this broken
Dehydrated body.

They feast with an
Insatiable appetite
Draining blood
From every vein
With indifferent eyes.

Softly whispering
Amongst themselves
As they gather
The dark red secrets
Whilst purring seductively
