Varieties Poem by Mashe Others

Varieties

Ignorance is walking around lifeless
Fate that never ceases
Resembling a solar-based transistor not even broken
Enthralling one to a fixture of make-believe
Telling me I’m crazy.

Egghead stands in the corner
Like a catatonic
Supposing Maya’s parted
When she’s resting in his very bed
Hushing me down.

Who dares call it luck?
Be a stranger in the strangest place
Resembling a solar-based transistor not even broken
Dogged and imperviously disturbing
Begging you to stir.
