Velvet Nights. Poem by Ray Sinclair

Velvet Nights.

I hear you breathe, I know you're there.
Velvet nights, dark raven hair.
I feel your touch, hand in mine.
Velvet nights, feminine divine.

I sense your body, lying next to me.
Velvet nights, love can bind or set you free.
I see the curve, your delicate waist.
Velvet nights, lips to taste.

To be as one, be one soul.
Velvet nights, to feel whole.
Smell the scent of your hair.
Velvet nights, senses aware.

To rest with you, by my side.
Velvet nights, feelings can't hide.
To embrace you close, feels so right.
Velvet nights, till the morning light.
