I saw you, in a book,
That you are exactly, as you look.
Not so big, not so small,
But quite beautiful, in whole.
You have a port, near the sea,
Where ships, can enter in free.
Between the houses, are streets,
In full water, but no kids…
I saw, a few old bridges and some boats,
Many women in clothes, with many dots.
Many Gondolas, and a few trees,
That make you say, : I WANT TO SEE MORE, PLEASE! '.
San Marco's famous square,
Stays somewhere, up there.
You see the centuries, that had passed,
Walking around, not so fast.
Venice, you are so sweet!
That I will, come for you, by feet!
