Residing negativity in mind,
Gives you reason to hate;
Pursuing goodness in heart,
And serving badness as life's bait.

When eyes well up wanting to comply,
Bad experiences and feeling of let go;
Fear deep inside, resides returns,
The mind, the body and soul says no.

Thoughts that ruined your life,
Spill out the poison from you;
Throw them to enlighten your future,
And bring self satisfaction a few.

Never allow them to gather,
Blissfulness in your life;
They usually seems to be soothing enough,
But acts always a small killing knife.

It is very hard to resist your soul,
To see when things go wrong;
You be the same way you want,
Just by making your thinking strong.
