Vessels Mall And Skiffs Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Vessels Mall And Skiffs

Vessels mal and skiffs
In that shouting dark
Beneath the walls of
Rocks dark-granite
And
The impending storms
Nearing the port
One single lantern to cut the dark
Few stars as knives in it
But the dark is dark today and does not bleed
Rain sudden begins
Vessels in
And out of port and bay
Continual
And that's
Just fraction of my sorrow at the Bird's death.
