Violaters Will Be Punished... - Poem by Vi Lanflagle

Your poisoned words
keep running through my mind.
Playing over and over
like a broken record.
Venom in your voice,
hate in your eyes.

I don't know what I did
to deserve this torture.
Your screaming
ravages my mind.
You've succeeded.
Please stop the pain.

I can't take it anymore
I try to block you out
But you're too strong
So much more than me.
You fill me up with your own pain,
Flooding me with your sick and twisted thoughts,
Your crude, disguting images burn in my mind.

I scream to no avail.
No one can see our internal battle.
All this fighting
has taken it's toll on you...
You're growing weaker by the second.
Suddenly I smile.

Finding a break in your defenses
I push my way through.
Now it's you feeling my pain,
Now you know...
I smile.
