Virtuousness Poem by james watkin

Virtuousness

To own to it is harrowing;
A rigour, Virtuousness.
Nun's habit of it unspotted to keep
Before the new shamelessness.

No dropped eye of its guard is left
But is dismissed 'unfriendly'.
In this forward thinking, intrusive;
Of Man's lurking brute, to see.
