Visions Poem by Aiden Florence

Visions

Tending to ignore my last call to you
You've seen you future
I lied… ripped out your heart and broke it to pieces
Will you still love me?

I've seen a ocean of change
This Fleeting Love of Hatred
One last hallucination
Reprieve me from this pain
You know the way to break me down
I lay dieing

We've been beyond this darkness
I'm breaking the chain that compelled me to your slavery
Swallowing every vision of faithfulness
How will I survive when I'm blemished?

I've seen a ocean of change
This Fleeting love that renounces me anguished
One Last delirium
Reprieve me from this pain
You know the way to burn me down
And I lay dieing

I'm not cooperating with your constraint
Like the way I'm not rendering you blissful
God, Am I Ever?
