Vitamins



Nourishes one's body
boosts one's immune system
makes one's strong, healthy and wise!

A is the natural defense against illness and infection
Leafy veggies and fruits, milk and eggs are rich in A

B has eight different types one need to know
Meat, liver, seafood, eggs and milk are its rich source

C is for growth, development and repair of body tissues
Fruits and veggies—citrus, strawberries and tomatoes are the best

D helps absorb and retain calcium and phosphorus
Reduce cancer cell growth, control infections and inflammation
Fish, sardines, beef liver and milk are just a few

E is a fat-soluble vitamin acts as an antioxidant
Found in plant-based oils, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies

K is for blood clotting, good heart and bone health
Leafy veggies, soy beans and canola oil are the choice
Plus required minerals and protein each day
to prepare one's body in its daily race
better choose natural as much as it can be
enough to make one's body strong, healthy and wise!
