At Breakfast
Just an ordinary breakfast
very simple to prepare
a glass of hot chocolate
or a mug of green tea
a bottle of peanut butter
and a pack of crackers
my daily ritual of energy
makes my day complete
I wonder how many people
are just like me each day
enjoys the tasty peanut butter
with the crackers all the way
gulping a bottle of cold water
or ice-filled juicy fruits of seasons
that quench the thirst I have
and filled my tummy with glee
