WAIT FOR THEE

We shall not be ashamed that wait for Thee
Thou hast said in Thy Word
Thou who art Comfort and Rest to our souls
Thou who salvation secured.

I know it right well, Thy Spirit that lives
And moves in my heart every day
Giving my spirit to bear witness as well
Thou art my Light and my Stay

Not ashamed to own Thee as Master and Lord
For I know whom I have believed
And am persuaded as Paul That He is able
As I commit my way unto Thee

How awesome, how wondrous, how glorious Lord
You've come to live amongst men
And have sealed your blood bought, children of faith
Unashamed we declare this - AMEN!
