Waiting Poem by Scarlett Esme Jonas

waiting for the light to come,
waiting for that day to run.
waiting for a whole new sight,
waiting for a bright white light.
waiting for the day i will see you,
waiting for the time when my heart is in two.
waiting for him in the pouring rain,
waiting for it all to dissapear, all this pain.
waiting for hundreds of years for light to rise,
waiting for a speak of truth, no lies,
waiting for the day i die.
