Waiting For Perigee Poem by Sanyam Gupta

Waiting For Perigee

Rating: 4.0

Moon, I gaze at you restlessly,
And wait for you to be at perigee,
So, I could see you clearly;
Absorb a bit of your endless beauty;
And appreciate you;
Tell you what your presence
Does to the lonely and incomplete sky.
The reason what makes you so mesmerizing;
Amidst those million shining stars;
Probably that's because of your simplicity;
We could find out together;
What makes you more adorable
Than shining sun at horizon;
Though, you have flaws;
But I still like you.
I still wait for you....
