Waiting For Thursday (Weekend) Poem by Ali Ahmed

Waiting For Thursday (Weekend)

A night came once, again in a week
When excitement is on the hell of its peak
Each & every eye is in search of mighty joys
Scattered here & there, like a lot of battery toys
Like a short break, in a long endless journey
Who’s needier than a poor, helpless earny?
Waiting for the foods cooked by the mothers
At least don’t give me, today by the others’
Few are planning outing, few are thinking rest
But none of them knows, who’s the very best
Starring at the clocks, in every of the moment
Time is so steady, like a life time punishment
Dreaming of the memories, like silent wind chimes
All in the retention of the best of their times
Missing the precious heavens full of lasting Glees
But none is here to witness the poor wretched Pleas
When the GOD will listen to the wishes of us all?
Every of a single here needs a blessings fall
Thursday, or its Monday, we have to kill the times
Standing in the queues like meager ugly dimes………! !
