I'm not scared of loving you
I never was from the start
The only thing I'm scared of
Is being left with a broken heart
You turned to me for everything
We were the closest friends
But I knew that like all good things
It would come to an end
And sure as hell it did
Because now we are apart
You lying next to her at night
And ripping me apart
Sure you'll come back
Just like you always do
But how should I react
When I will always love you
I can't stand there with open arms
Just to get hurt once more
Though I know that when you turn to me
I'll open up the door
I'll be there to hold you
As I have always been
To love you as she can't
To be your very best friend
You'll run into my arms
You can be safe when we're together
Until another walks into your life
And I'm left Waiting Here forever
