Alone upon a swing she sits,
Amidst the clouds of sky;
Above the earth, she stays so high,
Wondering to live or die.
Her swing has ceased its movements now;
Her anguished heart is still;
She pined all life for care and love,
And now seems very ill.
The swings near-by have stopped as well;
All jumped and fell to death;
Her sorrow goads her down to hell,
Why did she have her birth?
She longed to have a pleasant life
But things brought her to gloom;
She lacked the heart to face her strife,
That brought her to life’s doom!

Very true said. She longed to have a peaceful life, but couldn't withstand the hard blows and she lacked the heart to face her strife and really that brought her to life's doom! Whom to blame, Only self can be blamed...Fantastic poem with a great message. Loved reading it.
